Welcome to TextPilot. By using our Chrome extension, iPhone Shortcut, or any related services (collectively, "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use TextPilot for:

Cold outreach or spam - messaging people who have not consented to receive communications from you
Illegal activities - any purpose that violates local, state, national, or international law
Harassment or abuse - sending threatening, offensive, or harmful content
Fraud or deception - impersonating others or misleading recipients
Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) violations - automated calls or texts without proper consent
CAN-SPAM Act violations - unsolicited commercial messages

4. Risks of Automation

Important Warning

Using automation tools with messaging platforms carries inherent risks. You acknowledge and accept that:

Google Voice may suspend or terminate accounts that use automation, send high volumes, or violate their Terms of Service
Apple iMessage may flag, filter, or block messages sent via automation; Apple may restrict accounts suspected of spam or automation abuse
SMS carriers may block numbers associated with high-volume or automated messaging
Your phone number could be blacklisted, flagged as spam, or permanently banned from these platforms

TextPilot is not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, message filtering, or other consequences resulting from your use of the Service. Use at your own risk.

5. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your use of TextPilot complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of the Service.

TextPilot offers both free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Gumroad. All sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

TextPilot and all associated branding, logos, and code are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service without explicit permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TextPilot at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of TextPilot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
